Services Offered: Free, proven mental health supports online, by phone, or in-person through local partners across Northwestern Ontario.

City & District of Thunder Bay Youth Wellness Hub

For: Youth aged 12-25 who live in the City or District of Thunder Bay.

Services Offered: Brief, single session walk-in counselling with no appointment needed. If youth require ongoing support, the Youth Wellness Hub can help connect them to more services.

Mental Health & Counselling services are provided by Children’s Centre Thunder Bay, Thunder Bay Counselling, Dilico, and St. Joseph’s Care Group.
