For: Individuals across Northwestern Ontario without a primary care provider, or with a primary care provider who is unable to provide gender affirming care.

Services Offered: Counselling and peer support groups for individuals, their partners, and family members; education and information; sexual health and screening; medical support during transition; access to Telemedicine; and reproductive care.

ForiaClinic

For: Trans and non-binary people aged 16+ in Northwestern Ontario.

Services Offered: Free virtual gender affirming services in partnership with NorWest CHC, including hormone therapy, surgery assessments, mental health care, and voice training.

City and District of Thunder Bay Youth Wellness Hub

For: Youth between the ages of 12-25 residing in the City and District of Thunder Bay.

Services Offered: Mental health & counselling, sexual health services, gender affirming care, connection to 2SLGBTQIA+ supports, primary health care services, housing supports, and employment, education, and training supports.
